My Bucket List

Have you seen the movie ?  I haven’t actually, but I have heard about it.  Anyway, if you now have no idea what I am talking about – there is a movie called The Bucket List with Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson.  Basically, Freeman’s character is diagnosed with cancer and he begins writing a “bucket list,” or things to do before he “kicks the bucket.”  I won’t give away the rest of the movie, which will be easy since I haven’t seen it.  But, these are the things on his bucket list :

  1. Witness something truly majestic
  2. Help a complete stranger for a common good
  3. Laugh till I cry
  4. Drive a Shelby Mustang
  5. Kiss the most beautiful girl in the world
  6. Get a tattoo
  7. Skydiving
  8. Visit Stonehenge
  9. Spend a week at the Louvre
  10. See Rome
  11. Dinner at La Cherie d’Or
  12. See the Pyramids
  13. Get back in touch (previously “Hunt the big cat”)
  14. Visit Taj Mahal, India
  15. Hong Kong
  16. Victoria Falls
  17. Serengeti
  18. Ride the Great Wall of China

These are a little lofty for me, although I might put a couple on my list.  Anyway, I am starting a bucket list.  You can see my MASTER Bucket List by clicking HERE.  But, I will also post individual posts when I add something to it or do something on it.

You should try putting one together for yourself.  Do you have one already or a list in your head.  Share some of your bucket list items in the comments if you like.

That is a great and realistic list you have! I hope you do all those things.

    Nice list!

I’ve also got one here; http://burgeoninglist.wordpress.com/about/

Along with my blog keeping track of how I’m getting along.

I’ve tried to write the list so that I first achieve the skills that will enable me to achieve everything else on the list quite easily. Have you thought of approaching it this way?
